The review process with one of our panel solicitors, to determine if your credit agreements are unenforceable, is completely FREE.

You will pay ourselves a preparation fee, however if the solicitor believes you do not qualify then we guarantee to refund our fee, in full, so you will never lose out.

Most consumer credit agreements, including personal loans, credit cards, store cards, payday lenders, hire purchase, etc. We cannot deal with HMRC debt, utilities bills, bills for services, such as TV packages and phone bills.

We will be unable to help assess the validity of your debt if you have entered in to an IVA. On entering an IVA you are legally bound to repay these debts through an IVA.

You will be advised within 4 weeks of returning your completed pack, of the enforceability of your credit agreements and the prospects of reduction or complete write-off of your debts. If the solicitor believes they can achieve a successful write off or substantial reduction in your debts, In the meantime you will be asked to complete a standing order mandate to your bank, or recurring card payment, so that when the solicitor believes you have a successful write off, or substantial reduction in your debts, they can start taking your monthly payments without a break in service.

Once you have instructed the solicitor to act for you, your debts must be frozen; your creditors can not pursue or take any payments from you and no interest or charges can be added.

No, you will not need to attend any court hearings as part of the process, and any communication from your creditors can be directed toward the Solicitor.

The process will take only twelve monthly payments, but the solicitor will act on your behalf for as long as it takes to negotiate a successful write-off or reduction of your debts with your creditors. If this is longer than twelve months, they will not ask for further payments.

There will never be a negative impact on your credit rating for going through this process, and in some cases, the solicitor will manage to actually improve credit ratings. It’s important to note that all cases are different, and this cannot be achieved for each creditor in every instance.

Once your free creditor review is completed, the solicitor will contact you to discuss their findings. If you do not wish to continue at that point, they will close your file and inform your creditors that they are no longer acting for you. In this instance, no further payments will be taken.
